Yes. Editorial review costs nothing. We evaluate every submission against the same vetting criteria and list those that qualify. Some placements within the site are sponsored and marked clearly, but appearing in the directory is not contingent on any payment.

Every listing goes through manual editorial review. We verify the business license, confirm a physical address in Tulsa, Tucson, or Tampa, and check ownership for genuine local ties. Businesses with a documented pattern of unresolved consumer complaints are not listed. No listing is automatic.

Not yet. Current coverage is limited to these three metros. We expand only when we can apply the same editorial standards we hold here. If your city is not covered, the contact form is the right place to flag interest for future expansion.

A business is local when its principal owners live and work in the metro where the business operates. Franchises of national brands do not qualify, even if the franchisee is a local resident. Businesses with significant out-of-market ownership are evaluated case by case and are usually declined.
